Safes International Scotland currently manages roll-out projects for a number of our clients, including retail and leisure industries and major high street banks.
Our project and account management service involves communicating with our customers and being able to deliver on or ahead of schedule.
We have specialised account managers that learn about our clients, their businesses, and their security objectives, allowing us to provide expert advice tailored to their needs.
We have a wide range of products, including solutions we produce here in the UK. Hence, if a customer needs a special solution tailored to their needs, they need to look no further.

Service Contracts.

We offer expert service contracts to both domestic and commercial customers, customised to fit their particular security requirements.  This is also in addition to our full project and account management service.

Our contracts can cover new or existing safes and vaults, and they can include all call-outs and supplies up to a specific cost (depending on the package). In addition to that, we offer yearly preventative maintenance visits
Packages can be purchased and renewed on an annual basis, every three or five years. This is depending on the length of service and assured protection you desire.

 We can also provide service contracts for a variety of other security products.

Project & Account Management

Our project and account management team provide assistance for the client during the process of their security project. The team will liaise with the client, suppliers, manufacturers, helpdesk and engineers to ensure that the end solution is ideal for the clients’ needs.
